If exercise were a car without
and engine, it would be reduced to scrap metal and pretty
much useless.
The same applies to your body without proper nutrition. Throughout
the years we've seen people exercise like crazy, then as soon
as their exercise session is over, they run to the fast food
restaurant for a burger, fries, and a diet coke!!!
Of course, it doesn't help
matters with so much diet information out there. Many
of which say the same thing ("Carbs are bad!!")
